Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
